Prior to initiating a domain transfer, it's essential to confirm the following:

1. 1. You possess complete ownership and control of the domain name intended for transfer to us.
2. 2. The domain name is over 60 days old and is currently active, free from suspension by the registry and not within the redemption period.
3. 3. The domain hasn't undergone a registrar-to-registrar transfer within the preceding 60 days.
4. 4. You possess a valid EPP/Auth code from your current registrar. If needed, you may need to get in touch with your registrar's support to obtain the code.

To initiate the transfer, all you need to do is:

1. 1. Unrestrict your domain from the present registrar by unlocking it. If necessary, reach out to your registrar's support to facilitate the unlocking process.
2. 2. Access the CLOUD.GM Transfer Domain Page Shopping Cart - Cloud.GM (or Transfer Domain, if you're already a Client)
3. 3. Enter your domain name
4. 4. Input the EPP code.
5. 5. Progress with the payment procedure.
6. 6. Determine whether you wish to retain your existing nameservers or employ CLOUD.GM's nameservers, and then initiate the transfer. You will also be presented with the choice to retain your current records if you opt for CLOUD.GM's nameservers.

Once you finish the order, the transfer process will be initiated. You will receive an email regarding the domain transfer. Make sure to confirm it!
