Navigate to websites → Backup and Restore, and click on it.
Once there, select "back up".
Afterward, select "Proceed," initiating the preparation of the backup. The duration of this process can range from a few minutes to several hours, contingent upon the quantity and size of files and databases within your hosting plan.
